Aloof, quiet, dignified, scowling are all terms used to describe my breed, the Chinese Shar Pei. I am none of those. I am friendly, boisterous, goofy, and a laugh a minute. I like to go, go, go!!! I greet every day with a smile and bound out of bed. No slow start for me. If you are the same, we would get along great together. I am fond of other dogs although sometimes they tell me George, chill out! I like people also and have never shown teeth, growled, or done anything nasty. Cats drive me crazy and I want to catch them. I am very curious and want to be where the action is happening. I dont sit still for long so cuddling is not my thing unless I am tuckered out. I am trustworthy in the house but dont let me chug water. Sometimes I get carried away and I have a huge belly full. I look like a pot belly pig. I like to walk and maybe I could even be a running partner. I am around 6 years of age. I was found as a stray in Chicago. I am a chocolate brushcoat male and weigh about 40 pounds. Ive had no health issues. My foster family gives me two thumbs up and says to mention that I go crazy when they sing George, George, George of the jungle. Friend to you and me. Watch out for that tree!!. I dont know what it means but it makes them start laughing when I respond by turning circles. Humans, go figure. His adoption fee is $300. He is up to date on all vaccines, heartworm tested, micro-chipped and neutered.
