Life in an alley was tough, you don't really get to grow up and have fun with your siblings. Instead, you have to learn at an early age that not all people are nice and there isn't regular food. It doesn't take long to always be in survival mode. I was lucky that a nice person trapped me when I was about 6 months old. I still am very skittish with people even though I enjoy petting. The first thing I do is hiss but if you talk to me in a gentle voice, I eventually relax and even purr a bit. I love wet food so that's the way for us to get to know each other. I LOVE other cats and really enjoy their company. I also love string toys and that's another way that we can spend time together. If you really want to make a difference and need a super gentle girl to keep company to your cat, maybe you'll consider me. I am not a lap cat but would be such a fantastic friend to your cat...and over time, with some extra TLC, I am sure that I could become closer to people too.
