Twinkles (about 2 months old as of 8/8) is a female solid black shorthaired kitten. Part of several litters that were rescued from a colony of feral cats where a well meaning but very misinformed individual trapped much too young kittens to socialize them and fed them only canned food well before they were weaned from their mothers' milk which lead to emaciation- this kitten is very lucky to be alive after exhaustive efforts to nurse her back to health! Twinkles, named for the ever present sparkle in her big green eyes, is a sweet little cat who has always seemed very grateful for having been rescued and just adores living the life of a spoiled pet. When she's not cuddling and showing her affection to her caretakers she loves to play, play, play! Another kitten or a very high energy cat companion would be ideal to keep Twinkles entertained, exercised, and out of trouble!
