Domestic Long Hair - Orange and white - Sunshine - Medium
Sunshine (about 3-5 years old as of July, xxxx) is a spayed female orange with white longhaired cat. Sunshine showed up in one of our feral colonies and had kittens before she could be trapped and fixed. When we caught her and her newborn kittens we were amazed at how easy going she was with us as we checked out her kittens, and baffled when she let one of our volunteers shave off the matted parts of her thick fluffy coat, a grueling process that took 40 minutes and that most friendly cats wouldn't stay calm through. Now with a snazzy new haircut and her kittens grown and weaned, Sunshine is looking for her own home. She is a little shy and subdued so we think she would like a quieter home without really small children running around to overwhelm her, but she is a sweet cat that loves to be brushed and pet any time.
